As I got up today morning and looked out of the window, I could see a gloomy atmosphere, with the fog making the entire environment dull. At first I thought to myself, maybe it’s the onset of winter and we should brace ourselves for even more gloomy and foggy days to come, but then maybe it wasn’t the case. Maybe the dullness was a reflection of the expectations of the 1 billion Indian’s who were completely shattered by the Indian Cricket Teams’ performance against Australia in the Champions Trophy (yeah we’re talking the ICC Mini World Cup).

Then on the way to office I heard about an interesting poll on the radio.

Question: How should the Indian Cricket Team be dealt with?

Options:

1. Just let is be, It’s only a game, they had a bad day.
2. Take away all their endorsements, boycott all the products which they endorse.
3. Practice Gandhigiri, send bouquets to their homes and congratulate them for their performance, saying we expected worse.

I think the third option is clearly fascinating and that’s my view. So what’s your view on this.
