Title: When vision overrode all senses

There she was, that beautiful girl
   As she stepped out of the parlor and gave her hair a swirl
She induced magic in the air, her multiplied beauty was for all to see
   My heart skipped a beat, as she gave a fleeting glance to me.
The eyes would not let go off her,as the distance between us grew lesser
   The mouth became dumb,the skin became numb
Utter silence in the ear, Her radiance struck the brain like a spear
   The blood came rushing to my head,As vision overrode all senses and had me brain dead
She swayed her hips, like a carefree fawn
   The birds started chirping, as if break of dawn
The sun’s caress gave her a divine glow
   The floor beneath slipped, as I started to walk slow
As she passed me, she gave me a smile
   The only emotion she had shown in a while
There she was, that beautiful girl
   As she stepped past me and gave her hair a swirl.
